Mango Fandango

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup mango (peeled, chopped) 1 medium-sized ripe banana, peeled and cut up 2 ounces fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar 8 ice cubes Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend on high for 60 seconds or until mango is pureéd. Pour in 2 chilled, old-fashioned glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Serves 2.
