Ham and Horseradish Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream 1 tbsp minced chives 1 tbsp drained, white horseradish 8 mini pita breads 16 slices low-fat ham 1 small cucumber, peeled and cut into 24 thin slices

Instructions:

In a cup, stir together sour cream, chives and horseradish. Split open pita breads. Spread each with 1 tbsp horseradish cream. Arrange two slices of ham over cream. Top with three cucumber slices. Close sandwiches. Slice each in half.

16 appetizer servings.
