Stella's Pomegranate Chutney
Stella Metsovas, B.S., C.N.

Ingredients:

2 medium pomegranates seeded

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1/2 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. You can use it on anything you like, especially on your morning bagel.
